Schedule: Before and After School Care or either morning or afternoon shift
AM Hours 6:45am-8:30am-for morning care and 3:15pm-6pm for afternoon care. Monday-Friday No Weekends

- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
- Must have HS diploma, Bachelors or Associates in Education or a child development field.1 year experience in a classroom setting ( in a licensed facility)or group setting with at least 15 students.
- Must be at least 21years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
