Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Two Year Old Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in toddler/two's care and a strong understanding of child development principles. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their growth through engaging activities and educational programs. You will work closely with children, parents, and staff to ensure that each child's individual needs are met while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Provide high-quality care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among children.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special education needs.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing as required to monitor children's development.
- Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behavior.
Requirements
- Memo of Eligibility-Fingerprint Clearance
- Take mandated classes to be completed for Nevada Registry
- TB test
- CPR/First Aid
- Education and all classes will be paid through the school
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
