Job Description
We are seeking an experienced DTG Group Lead Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Direct to Garment equipment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Tasks:
- Operate and maintain DTG equipment, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement optimized workflows to meet production requirements.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.
- Ensure accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in apparel printing or a related field.
- Familiarity with M&R Polaris Machinery and screen printing principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
