Clinical Manager RN – Home Healthcare (Medical/Wound Care Programs)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily clinical operations of medical and wound care programs within our home healthcare services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with home healthcare policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics, including patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in MA.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in home healthcare preferred.
• Proven management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting (required).
• Expertise in medical and wound care best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
