Job Summary :
The Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating clinical staff, ensuring adherence to CMS Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and agency policies . This role involves oversight of patient care services, quality assurance, staff training, and compliance with physician orders. The Clinical Manager plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of patient care, staff development, and operational efficiency .
Key Responsibilities : Clinical Supervision & Patient Care Oversight :
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery of home health services.
- Supervise nurses, therapists, and other clinical staff , providing guidance and support.
- Review patient assessments, care plans, and physician orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure staff compliance with OASIS documentation, PDGM requirements, and agency protocols .
- Conduct case conferences to review patient progress and update care plans as needed.
