Operates equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production not requiring highly specialized training or certifications.
May do setups, adjustments and cleanups.
At higher levels may include equipment with multiple inline processes.
Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion.
High school diploma or its equivalent preferred. May have to complete formal training in area of specialty with no to minimal prior experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain embroidery equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Take an active role in quality control as the embroidery area is producing products that have personal connection with our customers.
- Is mechanically inclined has experience running some type of equipment.
Requirements
- Has embroidery experience, recommended 1-2 years of previous experience.
- Basic mathematical skills i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide.
- Able to lift up to 50lb with assistance.
- Familiarity with Windows based software.
- Read and interpret work orders
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Great communication with other team members
- Work effectively under time constraints.
- Is a person that is responsible for their own performance and output.
- Has a good attendance track record and is very reliable.
- Is passionate about making a difference, working in a team environment and having the ability to work at a fast pace.
Position Details
- Full Time with benefits.
- 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday.
- $18-25 Depending on previous experience or relatable experience. Higher end of the pay scale is for substantial embroidery experience.

- Able to learn and interpret information from visual cues for troubleshooting purposes.
- An understanding of process color printing and color theory.
