PROJECT MANAGER/Graphic Designer/Customer Service
As an established leader in the Graphic Design, Printing, Marketing and Signs industries our mission is to partner with customers from Mom-and-Pop shops to Fortune 500 organizations and provide them the tools and expertise needed to grow their business.
Our tight-knit team in Mahwah NJ is actively seeking a Project Manager -Customer Service Representative/Graphic Designer to join us full time. The team member in this position is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
● Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services and capabilities.
● Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
● Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services.
● Assume the role of Project Manager for customer projects.
● Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
● Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
● Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.
● Graphic Design experience coupled with client collaboration skills.
