Equipment Operator - Digital
As an Equipment Operator in the Digital department, your role is to make our customers happy through preparing files and printing them on a digital printing press. For a large amount of our customer orders, the process begins a preflight function and starts in the digital department. This is the front end of our workflow and prints a large variety of products.

Responsibilities
- Preflight and prepare files for printing utilizing industry specific software.
- Troubleshoot files for possible issues during the print process
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work with operators of downstream processes to ensure quality product.
- Is mechanically inclined – has experience running some type of digital or electronic equipment.
Requirements
- Basic mathematical skills i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide
- Able to lift up to 50lb with assistance.
- Familiarity with Windows based software.
- Read and interpret work orders
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Great communication with other team members
- Work effectively under time constraints.
- Is a person that is responsible for their own performance and output.
- Has a good attendance track record and is very reliable.
Position Details
- Full Time with benefits.
- 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday.
- $14-18 – Depending on previous experience or relatable experience.
