What you will do on a regular basis:
- Operate large format printing equipment such as large format roll to roll digital, laminators, flatbed routers, and other sign finishing equipment.
- Produce and finish large format graphics or signs.
- Install vinyl, signage, or graphics for amazing local organizations.
- This means being comfortable on a ladder and using various power and hand tools (heat guns, knives, tape measure, screwdriver, drill, etc.)
- Develop solutions and creative applications for using our equipment.
- Take pride in an organized, clean, and well-maintained production facility.
- Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking
- Basic IT, math skills, and ability to use a computer
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table
Skills you will need to be successful:
- Large format experience is preferred but willing to train.
- Understanding of Large Format Design and execution is a plus: setting up files for cut vinyl, analyzing files for large signage, understanding of differences in substrates including vehicle wraps and custom vinyl installations
- Be willing to take direction. But … be able to work independently.
- Take the time to understand what you're being asked to do.
- Be willing to ask for help, identify issues, and learn from your mistakes.
- Follow a process, but be willing to adjust when necessary.
- Communicate with your team members in a clear and positive manner.
- Maintain a regular schedule to complete projects when clients need them.

Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift

Salary : $16 - $20
