Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, coordinates the transportation needs of the program.
Essential Functions:
- Transports authorized consumers from their homes to the Campus and back again. When authorized, transports consumers to appointments and other offsite program-related activities.
- Arranges for maintenance of Alphapointe van, including gas and routine tune-ups.
- Drives staff when necessary to perform professional activities.
- Demonstrates quality customer service as perceived by all customer groups and is ethical in relationships with consumers, coworkers, families, visitors, and members of the community.
Additional Functions:
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Drivers license and excellent driving record
Working Conditions:
- Considerable daily travel, usually within a 20-mile radius of campus.
