What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at AlphaPro Technology, A.P.R., Inc.?
I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with Board Trustees, Senior Executives, Department Directors, Donors, VIA Members, Medical Staff, Volunteers, Guests, Associates, Community Members, and other health related disciplines using excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
2. Under limited supervision, organize and prioritize tasks for the VP of Advancement with demonstrated ability to multi-task. Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proactively anticipate needs and necessary resources.
3. Oversee the management of the Marketing and Development operating budgets (approximately $3 million).
4. Must possess advanced computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of and experience with development database(s) and/or project management software preferred. Tracks and compiles data in helpful and professionally appropriate ways, including the use of charts and graphs, Power Point, and Publisher.
5. Must maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate discretion, sound judgement and a team-player attitude. Ability to work independently, proactively, set priorities, troubleshoot, multi task and exhibit attention to detail. Must be extremely resourceful, flexible and take initiative. Must be able to handle sensitive matters and conduct oneself with demonstrated maturity and confidentiality. Must be able to compose correspondence, handle inquiries within job responsibility realm, and arrange meetings while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
6. Represent the VP of Advancement, the Advancement team, and the Doylestown Health Foundation in a positive light, reflecting the organization’s culture of kindness, helpfulness, and dedication to care.
7. Actively participates in and supports departmental and organizational priority initiatives and goals.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
*Experience with Word, Powerpoint, Excel (charts and graphs), must be listed on resume.
*At least 3-5 years of Sr Exec experience from a healthcare office environment is required.
*COMPLETED Associates degree is required or candidates MUST have at least 5 years of direct experience. If completed degree was achieved, at least 3 years of experience is required.
*Candidates must possess high level of professionalism and present well in front of Sr Leadership.
