The primary responsibility of a Front Desk Supervisor is to oversee the front desk operations. Also, greet the guests and ensure their stay is enjoyable. The ideal candidate will be naturally friendly and willing to cater to the needs of our guests. This person usually has the initial contact with arriving guests and has the unique opportunity to make a fantastic and professional impression. This position is responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel and confirming reservations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Greet all lobby visitors with a genuine smile and warm welcome. Check-in and check-out guests

o Confirm guest reservation details

o Answer incoming calls, answer inquiries and address internal guest requests

o Monitor emails and other services to ensure that any guest needs are met

o Assist with luggage storage and helping guests with arranging transportation

o Complete shift checklist

o Follow all PCI and cash handling SOPS

o Track/Log all lost and found items

o Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor

REQUIREMENTS

Prior Hotel Front Desk Experience required, Fosse and Marriott experience preferred.

o Experience in a customer-facing role (Minimum 1-2 years)

o Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience

o Must have a flexible work schedule

o Outstanding attention to detail and extremely organized
