Summary:

We are searching for an Ecommerce Specialist for one of our premier clients located in San Diego, CA. This fast-growing wellness brand is focused on enhancing the digital customer journey and driving revenue through data-informed website improvements.
The position is fully in-office and plays a cross-functional role between marketing, design, and data teams. Key responsibilities include identifying friction points in the user journey, launching A/B tests, analyzing site behavior, and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies. Success in this environment requires a mix of creativity and analytical thinking, along with a strong grasp of ecommerce tools and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve website conversion rates and user experience across the ecommerce funnel.
- Analyze site traffic, engagement, and behavioral data to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate ideas and measure impact.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and engineering teams to implement UX and CRO improvements.
- Monitor KPIs like bounce rate, time on site, and checkout conversion to guide iterative site enhancements.
- Create reports on testing results and performance metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Stay current with CRO trends, ecommerce best practices, and tools that support testing and optimization.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, CRO, growth marketing, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), A/B testing tools, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Intelligems).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative problem-solving and site improvements.
- Collaborative working style and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute testing roadmaps on tight timelines.
- Passion for health and wellness, and a strong customer experience orientation.
- DTC experience, particularly in the wellness or consumer goods space, is a plus.
- Must be able to work full-time onsite in San Diego.
Compensation and Perks:
- $90,000 – $130,000 salary, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
