We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead our most challenging Advanced Technology development projects and integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the efforts of junior Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and desired results
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Deliver each project on time, within budget, and scope
Requirements:
- Leadership style that inspires teamwork and successful project results while reinforcing company culture
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple project teams
- Solid technical background in systems engineering, electrical engineering, software development, and/or web technologies
- High degree of initiative, problem-solving, and ownership
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Software, Systems, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 8 years' experience in R&D/New Product Development with an emphasis in Project Management in a regulated environment
