We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our team at AlphaX RE Capital.

Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing daily office administrative tasks, supporting accounting-related operations, and ensuring smooth office procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer routine office tasks, including responding to inquiries and handling general office matters.
  • Manage office supply inventory and maintain sufficient stock levels.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate and timely office documents and reports.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to handle tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems for easy access to essential documents.
  • Negotiate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Support financial processes, including managing petty cash and performing basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements:

  • English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in office administration tasks is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
