Job Overview
The Inventory Specialist will aim to build and maintain a working and productive inventory for clinical use.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports and screens to identify inventory imbalances while controlling inventory at clinic and warehouse level and resolving in stock issues.
- Monitor, manage and adjust on order quantities to reflect direct clinical supply needs.
- Lift and move product in order to effectively scan product.
- Perform routine and non-routine replenishment tasks.
- Maintains accurate inventory counts. Maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including but not limited to basic departments, stockroom, overstock locations.
- Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage: Three comprehensive plan options (Buy-up, Base, and High Deductible) through UnitedHealthcare's Choice Plus network, covering various deductibles and out-of-pocket limits. Includes access to telemedicine services via Teladoc.
