Sanitation Lead
Lead small team of sanitation techs
Ensure staff are properly trained on chemical safety, use of sanitation equipment, sanitation procedures and company policies
Lead and coordinate sanitation area activities and goals
Work with multiple plant managers to improve efficiency of changeover, shutdown and start up times
Manage chemical and cleaning supply inventories
Manage the integrated pest management program
Perform other related duties as requested

Skills Desired:
Strong understanding of manufacturing and sanitation requirements to meet personnel safety, food safety and quality standards
Some Knowledge of GFSI and SQF standards and code and audit system
Knowledge of acid, alkali and sanitizing chemicals
Experience in training sanitation and production personnel
Experience with Environmental monitoring programs
Experience in both wet and dry sanitation in a manufacturing environment
