Job Summary :
The Customer Service Representative provides daily service and support to our external customer base and internal Sales and Marketing teams. This role involves handling a high volume of customer inquiries and purchasing requests, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions :
- Respond to customer inquiries and purchase requests via phone, fax, and email.
- Research and resolve product queries and shipment scheduling inquiries.
- Partner with production and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, meeting and exceeding world-class service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
