The Opportunity
The Sales Marketing Manager is a solutions engineer, storyteller, content creator and liaison between Technical and Revenue teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, OEM experience and keen knowledge of Advertiser challenges to craft positioning and develop a cohesive GTM strategy for our solutions.
Sales Marketers play an important role at LG Ad Solutions, serving as a critical liaison between Product, Engineering and Revenue teams to drive our vision forward across the organization and in the marketplace.
As a Sales Marketing Manager, you are empowered to take ownership in crafting customer-centric solutions and educate internal teams and clients. You will help build the foundational materials that allow LG Ad Solutions to continue to expand and partner with Revenue teams to see how your work impacts our growing and expanding client base.
Responsibilities
Serve as point person on the intake and outlining of new projects into the team pipeline and tracking programs
Work closely with the insights team to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights related to sales packages, audience behavior, and market trends
Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and product enhancement across the General Market and Media Entertainment divisions
Influence the evolution of our in-market messaging through the development of new collateral and updating of existing materials
Partner with product / marketing teams to ensure consistency
Proactively develop frameworks for current and future packages – identifying target audiences and relevant messaging to support product & marketing growth
Size and prioritize major growth initiatives, sometimes partnering with finance to conduct pricing experiments and validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies
Support sales development in the brainstorming, execution, and review of high-level RFP responses and serve as a source of truth for ad product capabilities for the sales org
Amplify product launches and updates through effective communication and education with the sales team and incorporation into outgoing packaging & RFP responses
Effectively communicate complicated industry topics with simplicity through the creation of visual forward training and market facing materials
Requirements
3 years of sales or product marketing experience
Ideal candidates have some experience in relation to CTV advertising
Rich understanding and experience in the streaming space & an interest in learning more about the media space
Highly motivated, positive demeanor, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales and marketing writing skills and deck building experience
Thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify and engage with teams throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process
Extremely effective communicator, presenter, and influencer
