As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the organization’s computer systems and IT infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Analyzing existing computer systems and IT infrastructure to identify potential improvements and strategic opportunities.
• Conducting comprehensive performance evaluations, monitoring key metrics, and developing optimization recommendations.
• Researching and recommending innovative technology solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and align IT capabilities with strategic business goals.
• Developing detailed documentation of system configurations, performance analyses, and recommended improvements.
• Collaborating with management to design and propose new computer system solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Performing cost-benefit analyses for technology investments and system upgrades.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of current IT systems and implementing targeted improvements.
• Leading efforts to standardize KPIs and develop actionable plans for performance improvement.
• Utilizing tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Preparing RFIs / RFPs and creating proposals to meet business objectives.
• Supporting workforce training initiatives on tools such as Power BI, JIRA, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
