Veterinary Client Service Representative/Receptionist in an energetic, small animal full service veterinary hospital. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and computer knowledge are a must. Facilitation of best medicine for our patients and exceptional client experience are among our desired goals for this position. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with their pets, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records using computer systems.
- Provide information on veterinary services and procedures, utilizing veterinary terminology effectively.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure optimal pet care and client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
