Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including shocks, struts, alignments, oil changes, and other necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns effectively, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of all service orders.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote a professional environment.
- Keep up-to-date with automotive technology and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, including experience with shocks, struts, alignments, oil changes, and general auto service management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven ability in upselling services and products while maintaining customer trust.
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred but not mandatory.
