Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance and complete required documentation
- Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain diagnosis and repair recommendations
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications
