What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Damage Rebuild Handyman position at Alpine Cleaning & Restoration?
Alpine Cleaning and Restoration is looking for a Handyman to join our team!
Seeking an experienced individual with the ability to do Restoration Repair Work and Finish Carpentry. Self-starter with good time management skills. High quality work is essential. This is a position for a skilled person with strong knowledge and background in the construction trade. Will be doing both large and small jobs.
Must be able to drywall, match textures and paint walls and ceilings. Will be working on remodels as well as new construction.
Candidates will preferably have the ability to do finish work (Trim, Baseboard, etc.)
The individual selected for the position will work closely with various Project Managers. The Project Managers will give work assignments, and the person will do each job according to the Project Manager's directions. The individual selected must be able to understand instructions written or spoken in English. The person must also be able to follow a schedule and meet deadlines.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check. We cannot hire anyone with a felony or certain misdemeanors.
Candidates must have a current driver's license.
7 paid holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance is available after 60 days and paid time off after 1year.
$20-$25 DOE, Hourly for up to 90 days, eligible for Piece Rate after 90 days. M-F 8am-5pm is normal workweek.
