As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized bar.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve classic and creative cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Greet and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences and food pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking bar supplies.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
