We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our aquatic facility. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while monitoring pool activities and enforcing safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, including water quality and cleanliness.
- Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe swimming environment.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifeguarding techniques and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
- Proficiency in swimming with strong water safety skills.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
- Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Strong observational skills to identify potential hazards or unsafe behavior.
