Job Summary

As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable visit.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or OpenTable systems is a plus.
- Sales skills to promote menu items effectively to guests.
