• Competitive Pay: Starting at $90-120/day, based on education level and certification.
• Flexible Hours: Choose from full or half-day shifts (7 :30AM – 12 PM / 12 PM – 4:30 PM), Monday through Friday.

A Day in the Life of a Substitute Teacher:
• Flexibility: Pick the schedule that works best for you—half or full-day shifts available.
• Engagement: Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Classroom Management: Foster a positive and engaging environment while maintaining focus.
• Adaptability: Provide individualized support based on students' diverse needs.
• Supervision & Safety: Monitor students in the classroom and common areas (halls, playground, cafeteria).
• Long-Term Opportunities: Build strong relationships with school leaders for potential long-term placements.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: An Associate Degree or 60 college hours required (Bachelor’s degree or teaching certification preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Prior substitute teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students, parents, and administrators.
• Flexibility: Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each class and keep students engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
