As part of our event operations, you'll help bring unforgettable events to life by setting up and breaking down event equipment with precision and care. Key Responsibilities:Event Setup & Breakdown:
- Assist with the setup and teardown of event equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, staging, and décor.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and according to Alpine Events’ high standards.
- Work with the team to meet event timelines and adapt to last-minute changes.
Logistics & Operations:
- Load and unload event equipment from company vehicles.
- Help organize and maintain rental inventory to ensure everything is clean and in top condition.
Customer Experience:
- Represent Alpine Events with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to clients and guests during event setups.
Safety & Quality Assurance:
- Follow all safety protocols during transportation, setup, and breakdown of event items.
- Inspect equipment to ensure it meets quality standards before and after each event.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, walking, crouching, and bending.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Prior experience in event setup, warehouse work, or a similar field is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
