Responsibilities- Lead and maintain a safe work environment
- Direct and manage all activities on the job site
- Effectively and efficiently manage personnel
- Coordinate with the designer for accurate completion of installations
- Train and develop subordinates in best practices and company standards
- Monitor tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance
- Accurately track and record job expenses and hours worked
- Ensure a clean and safe job site at all times
- 3 years of experience in residential landscape construction
- Proficient equipment operating skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in installing various hardscape applications
- Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and availability for seasonal long hours and weekends
- Ability to prioritize work and collaborate with diverse individuals
- Punctual and dependable
- Insurable Driver License required
