- Lead and manage a team of tree planters in the planting of trees and other vegetation.
- Ensure proper planting techniques are followed to guarantee the health and growth of trees.
- Train and supervise team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Implement and enforce all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors to coordinate planting activities and report progress.
- Do general nursery work as required.

- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects as required by the job.
