Job Summary:
Goldback, Inc. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic mix of professional and personal responsibilities, with the primary goal of freeing up the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, highly detail-oriented, and capable of navigating a dynamic environment with professionalism and efficiency. Strong autonomy and decision-making skills are essential to excel in this position. The CEO works in a home office.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks (75%):
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks.
- Basic office tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining files.
- Flexibility and the desire to succeed in the primary objective of taking anything you can off of the CEO's plate.
Personal Tasks (25%):
- Manage personal appointments.
- Run errands, including grocery shopping and other household needs.
- Assist with childcare and food preparation as needed.
- Provide general household organization and support.
- Light cleaning/pickup.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Strong proficiency with Google products (e.g., Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to “close loops” by keeping the CEO informed or seeking direction when needed.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
