Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the menu and making reservations.
- Assist in coordinating guest services to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostmess area.
- Utilize POS system for cash handling.
- Clear & reset tables in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
