Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver with Alpine Home Care, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized support services to seniors in their homes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help execute comprehensive weekly schedules and care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner.
- Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support.
- Assist with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.
- Administrative functions, such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
- Active Pennsylvania Direct Care Worker License (DCW), CNA certification, or Home Health Aid certification.
- Proof of a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle.
- Open availability strongly preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
