Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and upselling items to enhance their dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in the food industry or nightclub settings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
