Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify target goals and develop plans for teaching target goals for our learners
- Create and implement motivation systems
- Generate and implements new programs
- Analyze data and make necessary tactic changes to meet target goals
- Manage creation and adequacy of therapeutic materials specific to each learner
- Manage behavioral techniques
- Provide parent training ensure open communication about treatment, progress, and address concerns
- Write progress reports in collaboration with parents and supervisor one month before the end of each authorization
- Conduct frequent program book reviews
- Collaborate with the Director to conduct staff evaluations, in service-workshops, and to develop new training materials
Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Masters in behavior analysis, special education, or related field
- Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum
- Experience providing supervision and training to therapists
- Experience providing parent training
- Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments
