📍 Location: 2020 S. Oneida St. Denver, CO 80224. This is largely an in person role, but remote work is available time to time.
⌛ Hours: M-F 7am -3pm-ish. No nights or weekends!

About the Role
As our Operations Leader, you're the glue that holds our daily operations together. Think of it as firefighting—but with fewer hoses and more strategy. Your mission? Prevent problems before they become fires and create a stress-free, high-performing work environment for our team.
You'll be leading 4-8 direct reports (including field supervisors and office team members) and overseeing 40 maids, ensuring they are supported and set up for success. You'll also work closely with our admin, customer service, and field supervisors to ensure everything runs smoothly—from scheduling to client experience to employee retention. A typical day starts at 7am. Our bubble groups of maids arrive at 8:15am for their weekly bubble meet and everybody is dispatched and cleaning homes by 9am. Your admin ensures we arrive on time and you're free to begin your day of reports, meetings to develop our people, and whatever else comes your way.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable (LMA).
- Champion Alpine Maids’ Core Values in every interaction.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one check-ins with direct reports.
- Develop clear expectations, training, and mentorship programs.
- Apply policy fairly and consistently while making decisions based on both individual well-being and business needs.
- Help employees determine if this role is the right long-term fit, guiding those who would be happier elsewhere toward their next step.
- Work with leadership to set quarterly and annual goals.
Operations & Field Support
- Oversee maid operations, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
- Work with scheduling & dispatch to optimize efficiency and reduce last-minute disruptions.
- Lead daily meetings with maids to set expectations and foster teamwork.
- Identify and fix operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in partnership with field supervisors.
Client Happiness & Customer Support
- Work with our Customer Service Rep to manage client feedback & escalations.
- Build client relationships that last through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Keep scheduling consistent and predictable for both clients and maids.
Performance & Growth Metrics
- Track and analyze KPIs using Excel, ChatGPT, BloomGrowth, and Maid Central.
- Ensure 90% of maids meet their goals while keeping turnover below 67% annually.
- Maintain client retention under 5% monthly.
- Support recruitment efforts to hire and retain top talent.
- Work with leadership to optimize payroll and revenue balance.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
- Report incidents to Work Comp insurance & maintain OSHA compliance.
- Implement preventative measures to reduce workplace incidents.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years experience supervising people.
- Strong leadership experience in operations, logistics, or service industries.
