CNC Machine Operator

*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* - Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. - Interpret technical drawings and specifications using CAD software. - Perform CAM programming to optimize machining processes. - Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with GD&T standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process. - Maintain tooling and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. - Collaborate with team members on materials handling and packaging of finished products. - Assist in welding operations as needed and support stamping press activities. *Skills* - Proficiency in CAM programming and CNC machine operation. - Strong understanding of CAD software for design interpretation. - Knowledge of GD&T principles for quality assurance. - Experience with tooling setup and maintenance. - Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. - Ability to perform quality control inspections effectively. - Competence in materials handling and packaging processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
