Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Production Worker. This role involves manual production labor in a wood shop environment, where attention to detail and physical dexterity are crucial. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a hands-on role, capable of performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Able and willing to jump in and literally get your hands dirty - we are working with wood stain!
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to discern slight differences in color and texture
• Capable of performing repetitive motions, including lifting, squatting, and bending
• Manual stacking and unstacking of lumber products
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Benefits/Pay:

• Starting Wage: $15 per hour
• Paid Training
• PTO available after probationary period

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to occasional changes).
• Some overtime may be required based on production needs
