Experienced Maintenance Lead Construction Supervisor (Chelmsford, MA)
compensation: $37-$40/hour based on experienceemployment type: full-time
Alpine Property Management, located in Chelmsford MA, is seeking a licensed, experienced, dependable and hard-working person with excellent leadership and general maintenance skills (carpentry, painting, masonry, minor plumbing and electrical, etc.) to perform routine maintenance as residential locations managed by Alpine.
Construction Supervisor's license or Home Improvement license required.
Supervise maintenance team, quote contract jobs, work on your own or with other maintenance staff visiting 1 to 2 properties a day to complete given work orders.
This is a full-time year-round job with paid time off, benefits, company truck and phone allowance.
Must have own tools.
Our office is located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. You must live within 30 minutes driving distance of Chelmsford.
