Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in their designated territory. This role requires a strong background in outside sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective territory management.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
• Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities within the customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and territory management practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
