Alpine Shop is a Saint Louis based independent outdoor retailer that provides world class service to our customers by outfitting them with equipment, inspiration and education. We're looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities of position include:
- Assist Store Manager in all aspects of planned store operations
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
- Use available tools to improve store performance
- Engage in creating a positive employee team experience
- Promote a passion for the outdoors with our guests
- Complete miscellaneous projects as needed
General Qualifications:
- 1 yr previous successful retail management experience
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to engage others to achieve planned tasks
- Strong communications skills
- Flexibility in scheduling; able to work evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
