Working Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm flexibility required
Average Work Hours in a Day: 10
Days of Work: Monday thru Friday (Friday hours scheduled could be changed depending on production schedule and there may be occasional Saturdays)

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to be adaptable.
Must be able to work in colder temperatures for an 8 hour shift, lift 40 pounds alone, capable of doing simple math calculations, effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, get along with co-workers and coordinate effectively with all departments of operation. Must be able to handle a fast pace work environment, and use fork lift, pallet jack, and electric pallet jack safely.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- The pulling of bulk cheese down from top racks for the clean room staff according to filtered stock reports.
- Take all QC checked finished good products from the QC area in the cooler (East side) to the finished goods area of the cooler (West side).
- Must check in all deliveries and making sure included packing slips are accurate as well as putting all delivered product in their designated location ensure control of lots.
- Ensure that all cheese being delivered has a Certificate of Analysis included, generating pallet tags for delivered cheese and packaging products using Excel.
- Must load trucks according to bill of lading’s/manifest along with checking that the quantities/weights/pallet numbers/lot numbers all match the manifest and that all pallets have been checked by QC.
- Must wrap finished product pallets.
- Assist with end of month and end of year inventory counting of the cooler.
- Bring correct packaging materials down from higher racks when needed by production.
- Keep staging areas, dry storage areas, and cooler clean and organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
