Our fast-paced and high growth client is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join their dynamic team. The team is the Legal and Compliance group at the company. This is an insurance client of ours who is located in Durham, NC. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week and remote the rest of the time. This Compliance Specialist will stay updated on insurance laws and regulations as well as industry trends to ensure compliance with all guidelines. This includes researching and analyzing regulatory requirements that apply to our client’s insurance products and policies. This individual will also support the development of compliance training programs, will collaborate cross- functionally to update the company procedures, respond to inquiries regarding compliance- related issues form both internal and external stakeholders, and you will prepare and submit regulatory reports, documentation, and prepare accurate records with all products offered. Lastly, we are seeking a team member to come abord and assist in the review of all advertising materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and product features and respond to basic inquiries from regulatory authorities regarding reports; research and correct any discrepancies; communicate with regulatory authorities to resolve any reporting issues.
