.DAY TO DAY: Our fast growing life insurance and annuities client in Durham is seeking a Producer Support candidate to join their team. You will be customer facing and handle inbound and outbound calls. You will manage a que and perform follow ups. You will navigate multiple systems at once and answer over 30-50 calls a day. You will work closely with the agents who sell our policies and our distribution partners. Individuals in this dynamic role are responsible for our distribution partner experience and their satisfaction with our organization. The ideal candidate must be able to build positive effective and quality relationships that inspire producers to do business with us. The right person for this role has an extremely strong work ethic and capacity for learning and retaining large amounts of information quickly. Individuals must have strong communication skills and an energetic personality with ability to work with and adjust to all other personality types. Must be self-driven and responsible for staying current on all industry and market conditions/trends. This role will handle nearly all communications with producers regarding anything from onboarding to new applications to service needs for their clients. All questions, requests and complaints presented from partners will be handled to completion by individuals on this team. Must be comfortable handling challenges head on
