Our client is seeking a Master’s Level Therapist to provide individual therapy and group therapy to persons in recovery (PIR) receiving MMT, MAT, and non-MAT services. Maintain a caseload ensuring persons in recovery are getting the services needed to support sobriety and recovery. Strong clinical skills with ability to provided individua therapist and facilitate group therapy. Ability to assess clients and refer them to services based on need. Manage a caseload of up to 35 clients completing required documentation timely. Establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries. Ability to engage and re-engage clients in services. Demonstration of core clinical competencies such as, but not limited to: attending, active and reflective listening, use of open-ended questioning, focusing, building rapport, congruency, summarization, managing silence, empathy, rolling with resistance, supporting self-efficacy, managing confrontation, and developing discrepancy. Effective and timely communication with colleagues regarding client care.
