We are looking for a Jr. Project Manager with hands-on experience in commercial electronic security to manage and execute projects from start to finish. This role involves overseeing access control, IP video systems, and networked security technologies, while managing budgets, schedules, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from award through completion, managing customer and internal communications
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Manage a team of 4-5, plus subcontractors
- Prepare and implement installation plans and job procedures
- Maintain progress reports and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of hands-on project management experience
- Strong background in access control, IP video systems, and networked security technologies
- Familiarity with ADA, NEC, and NFPA codes
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred:
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., Prowatch, Genetec, Lenel/S2, Axis)
- Electronics training or military background
- CSPM, PSP, PMP, or similar certifications
- Cloud security experience
