Title : Senior Customer Account Executive

Type : Full-time (PERM)

Location : Burbank, CA (hybrid, preferably onsite 2-3 days / week)

Salary : Up to 170,000 bonus

Industry : Aerospace and Defense

Must :

  • At least five years of experience managing customer relationships in the Aerospace / Defense sector
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities paired with senior-level business acumen
  • Experience working with defense OEMs and / or aftermarket programs
  • A strong customer focus and a commitment to acting with urgency
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain active communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate and create long-term partnerships with key customers
  • Collaborate with operations and demand management teams to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Manage customer claims promptly and effectively mediate issues
  • Build and sustain relationships with engineering, program management, pricing, demand management, business development, and other internal teams essential for achieving high customer satisfaction
