Title: Service Technician
Salary: $30-40/hr pay rate
Length: Contract-to-Hire
Must Have:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience installing and troubleshooting commercial access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in troubleshooting and programming networked access control and IP video systems, including working on the customer’s network.
- Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking is essential.
- Must possess a valid driving license and clean MVR.
Plus:
- Current certification in one of the following: Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec, C-Cure 9000, Lenel, Openpath, Exacq, AMAG and Milestone.
Overview:
We are looking for a field technician that has experience servicing commercial security devices primarily IP network systems and overall security systems for new construction projects and modifications for existing security systems.
The ideal candidate is a field IT support that knows and can program Lenel/Milestone/Verakada etc. Someone who has installed/programed/troubleshoot/modified security systems onsite will be the right fit.
- Servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems with minimal supervision.
- System knowledge of access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion, and visitor management, preferred.
- Troubleshooting and programming networked IP video systems.
- Troubleshooting and programming networked access control.
- Servicing commercial intrusion alarm systems and other IoT connected systems.
- Providing fanatical customer service when dealing with customers.
