Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Risk Manager to oversee the evaluation of events and trends to mitigate risks within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will keep staff informed about potential risks and make recommendations to minimize their occurrence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Review and Reporting: Review, investigate, and report on events, including allegations of rights violations, abuse, neglect, and grievances, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, evaluate, and report data on incidents, adverse events, seclusion, restraint, and staff injuries, providing insights to mitigate risks and improve safety measures.
- Internal Audits and Compliance: Assist with internal audits and maintain organized documentation for timely and accurate reporting to corporate and external entities.
- Incident Reporting and Communication: Ensure incident reports are reviewed daily and prepared for discussion with management while maintaining communication with leadership and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of two years current experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field
